Welcome to Visionary Painting LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing or using www.visionarypaintingllc.com (the “Site”) or any of our painting services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

Visionary Painting LLC is a licensed and insured residential and commercial painting company located in Pennsylvania.
PA Home Improvement Contractor License #PA158105

We specialize in professional painting services focused on craftsmanship, quality materials, and exceptional customer care.

2. Estimates & Proposals

  • All estimates are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Pricing may change if project scope, materials, or job-site conditions differ from the original estimate.
  • A signed proposal or written acceptance (digital or physical) is required before scheduling.

3. Scheduling & Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project date; remaining balance is due upon completion unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid delays or rescheduling fees.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Visionary Painting LLC may reschedule work due to weather, material shortages, or other unforeseen conditions.

5. Worksite Expectations

  • Customers must remove valuables, décor, and fragile items from work areas before project start.
  • Our crew will protect floors, furniture, and fixtures during the painting process.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or conditions that affect paint adhesion or finish.

6. Warranty

  • We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on residential painting projects.
  • Covers peeling, blistering, or flaking due to defective workmanship.
  • Does not cover normal wear & tear, moisture damage, structural movement, or third-party alterations after completion.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payments: cash, check, or approved electronic payment.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly service charge on outstanding balances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Visionary Painting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or this Site.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project or service in question.

9. Website Use

  • All text, images, and logos on this Site are property of Visionary Painting LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
  • You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with its functionality.

10. Privacy

Personal information (name, phone, address, email) collected through estimate forms or communications is used solely for scheduling, service coordination, and follow-up.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dauphin County, PA.
